Scope
Redevelopment of a former Motel 6 into 40 permanent supportive housing units, including ADA-accessible residences, on-site service offices, and outdoor community spaces designed to foster safety, dignity, and connection.
Outcome
Crescent transformed a long-vacant, deteriorating motel on a major Long Beach corridor into a thriving permanent supportive housing community. Completed under California’s Project Homekey program, the project delivered high-quality housing faster and more cost-effectively than ground-up construction. The development helps individuals transition out of homelessness into stable, independent living with access to on-site support services .
