PROJECT OVERVIEW

Imperial Contracting was engaged by Mercy Housing to completely redevelop the Western Winds Apartment complex in Tucson, AZ. The contract included site work and renovation of 100 units. This is a senior housing project including landscape, new roofs, replaced all windows, new laundry rooms, and gutters.

The project was a total transformation.

The team executed full removal of T-111 exterior siding in order to install a full stucco system, which required extensive coordination, surface preparation, and skilled labor to ensure proper adhesion and long-term durability.
