PROJECT OVERVIEW

Imperial Contracting partnered with Harbor Group Management to completely renovate The Vermont in Los Angeles. The scope included unit interiors, pathways, BBQ areas, and outdoor spaces—all completed utilizing the existing pool. New amenities such as a fitness center and two recording/podcast studios were also added.
