The project is now 100% complete.

Effective project management and attention to detail enabled the team to exceed owner expectations.

Lobby & Bar Area:

• Completed full interior painting throughout both areas.
• Installed a new pony wall in the main lobby with a glass panel above, accented with gold-colored trim.
• Fabricated a custom desk with a rock-face finish, extending side desks for additional seating.
• Removed two lighting fins behind the lobby desk to open up the space.

Speakeasy:

• Complete overhaul including custom millwork on all four walls.
• Installed art sconces and hanging light fixtures.
• Added unique wall covering on the ceiling.
