We’ve officially completed the Zephyr Project in Long Beach! What was once a Holiday Inn is now a 137-unit supportive housing community for individuals transitioning out of homelessness. This was done through California’s Project Homekey, and we had the privilege of partnering with Linc Housing and an incredible group of people to make it a reality. These projects always remind me why we do what we do. It’s not just about building—it’s about impact. Over 137 people now have a safe, dignified place to call home. That’s something we take to heart.
