Imperial Contracting has moved into our new headquarters in Phoenix. It’s a meaningful step for us and a reflection of how we’re investing in the team, tools, and environment that help us support our clients day in and day out. This project was a major remodel and took about 6 months to complete but we are excited about the new space which is in a central location and has much more room and parking for our employees.
This year also marks our 26th year as a company and we’ve partnered with clients to deliver over 4,000 projects in multi-family, commercial, and affordable housing renovations, and capital improvements. Many of those relationships go back decades, and this move is another way we’re keeping the “big picture” in mind and what mattes the most—our employees and a commitment to serve our customers beyond a single project.
