PHOENIX, AZ (April 2025) – Imperial Contracting has officially opened its new headquarters at 2020 West Lone Cactus Drive in Phoenix, reinforcing the company’s long-standing commitment to its clients, employees, and the core values that have guided it since 1999.

This project was not a small undertaking. Formerly an office/warehouse that held a printing company, the interior was drastically reconfigured. Three times the size of the company’s previous office, the new location brings operations, project management, and support staff under one roof in a layout built for collaboration and consistency. Employees were encouraged to provide insight and feedback throughout the design process, ensuring that the environment supports every role and reflects Imperial’s people-first approach.
